The centre has 15 offices ranging in size from 110 sqft to 225 sqft. The office cost is inclusive of services and furniture, and each office is carpeted. Tenants are entitled to use the shared services of the reception, and other secretarial duties can be carried out on your behalf, i.e. issuing of mail, welcoming clients and visitors, answering of telephone calls and message taking. Typing and faxing facilities are available at reception along with photocopying. Use of electricity within your office is your responsibility and all offices have individual metres. The minimum licence period is one year. A telephone / mailing service is also available.
