The centre has serviced accommodation, the costs start from £25 per sq ft pa +VAT and are inclusive of common area and office cleaning, maintenance, security, reception, heating, estate charges, electricity and business rates. Telephony, internet access, meeting rooms, postal accounts etc are all available within the building. We operate a licence term at the centre and can offer licences from 6 months with rolling break notices allowing us to accommodate growth and contraction requirements with ease. All offices are unfurnished and open plan with raised access flooring and suspended ceilings. The building is designed for use by primarily ICT companies although this is not exclusive.
