Unit B Metro Business Park, Clough Street, ST1 4AF

The site is rectangular in shape, being set back from Clough Street and accessed via a secure gated entrance. A road which widens to incorporate car parking and a weighbridge leads to the main site, which is currently operated as a scrap metal recycling centre. The majority of the site is concrete surfaced.

There is a detached building of brick construction close to the entrance of the site. It provides a reception and office area, kitchen and WC.

There are several buildings on the edge of the yard area which have not been inspected.
