This is a call centre setup with availability of 24 agents, 2 team managers at the end of each bay (one bay consists 12 agents / computers) and also 12 additional seats for management, HR, Secretarial, Customer Service etc. There are 2 additional small offices also available for use and a board room with 24hr access and availability. We offer a FULL in house inbound / outbound call centre dialer solution with on site manned IT professional available at all times (during office hours) to ensure smooth operation of business. Our dialer system can run both inbound and outbound campaigns. Please also note that we supply all hardware (PC, Monitor, Printer, Fax, Photocopier, Headphones & Desktop phones) and all workstations are networked using the latest technology. We have a huge potential for future expansion, if required.
