The premises consists of a steel framed unit, with largely brick built walls to 20ft. The gable ends are partially clad in Georgian wired glass. The roof is a pitched steel trussed construction, with a mix of steel and asbestos cement profile sheets. The unit also benefits from two travelling cranes, one of 16 tonnes and the other of 10 tonnes Capacity.

The warehouse has a concrete floor with ambirad gas heaters above, former work stations and high bay lighting throughout the warehouse. The eaves height is approximately 10.5 metres, and a working eaves height beneath the crane of 8.2 metres.

The warehouse is accessed via two roller shutter doors at each end of the premises.
