The subject site forms part of a larger development site, part of which is due to be retained and developed by Aldi for one of their new format foodstores.
For the avoidance of doubt, Plot A will be retained by Aldi and is not included in the wider general sale.
The residual development plot is considered suitable for a number of uses, including additional retail, drive-thru, care home, residential and office users (subject to planning).
