The centre is a modern hi-tech serviced office building. It was recently refurbished for the sole purpose of providing high quality serviced offices. The centre has the IT infrastructure to bridge multiple offices within the centre, but also across multiple sites. Every office is floodwired with CAT 5e wiring to accommodate your data and networking requirements. A digital telephone system with a host of features including diverts, voice mail, CLI and DDI's is available as well as 0800 and 0845 numbers. During business hours, the receptionist will happily answer your calls in your company name and act on those calls according to your instructions. Each office is air conditioned / heated and individually controlled from within the office. There is at least one external double glazed window in each office, and every office is furnished with high quality, yet highly functional furniture including leather manager chairs. Office sizes range from 90 sqft to 750 sqft and are suitable for between 1 to 8 people. The building is accessible 24-hours a day, 7 days a week through an automated access control system, and secured through a CCTV system covering both internal as well as external areas. Virtual services are also available including mail, telephone, fax and email.
