The northern half is currently in agricultural Use and two dilapidated commercial glasshouses are located in this area. The southern half is currently in B8 Use and a single storey
warehouse is on this part of the site.
The northern part is unoccupied, and the southern part is occupied by a distribution company on a 12-month lease from September 2020, with a 4-month break notice from the landlord at any time. The site falls within the Metropolitan Green Belt and under the jurisdiction of Runnymede Borough Council.
The site is located equidistant between Egham and Virginia Water and adjacent to the M25 and has been held under the same ownership for c.20 years, previously used as a working nursery for flower cultivation and distribution.
