This site has been cleared of all buildings and extends to
approximately 0.44 hectares (1.08 acres) and is level
throughout. The site has formerly had a history of extensive
commercial uses, the most recent of which was for the grit
blasting of marine pontoons. The site directly fronts the River Tamar and the Tamar Canal, and has non-structural sea walls preventing tidal erosion.
