The units were constructed in 1997 and are of a traditional steel portal frame construction with cavity brick and block elevations beneath a pitched insulated roof.
The individual units generally benefit from a roller shutter door over a upvc pedestrian access. This upvc internal door fitting can be removed to give vehicular loading access to the individual units on the condition the upvc door is reinstated at the end of the term.
Internally the units are of a basic but very functional specification to include florescent tube lighting and individual alarms. The units benefit from shared site facilities including a meeting room, kitchen, male and female WC facilities as well as a shower.
