The land is mainly flat with a bund to the western boundary of the site. The remaining boundaries are marked with conifer hedges. We understand there is full access to the site via an adoptable road.
There is a pond within the site but this serves no drainage purpose from the adjoining residential development and therefore in theory could be filled. Alternatively a feature could be made of it.
Subject to planning the site could be used for further residential development, care home, commercial uses etc.
