The premises are situated on the established Houndmills Industrial Estate approximately 2 miles to the north of Basingstoke town centre. Hamilton Road is located just off the Houndmills Road roundabout which links into the ring road system and subsequently Junction 6 of the M3 motorway approximately 2.5 miles distance.
Our client holds the property by way of a lease until 29th April 2025. We are therefore able to offer a sublease for any period subject to a maximum of this duration. We are seeking a rental of a very competitive £7.00 per sq.ft. per annum.
