The church premises, constructed approximately 1860 is of a solid brick construction and is set beneath a pitched and slated roof covering.

Internally, the property is arranged over ground floor and balcony levels.

The premises are presented in a traditional church-like configuration and specification. Internal fittings include a three-sided gallery with box pews and a central organ and pulpit. At the front of the property there is an entrance foyer, together with staircase access at both left and right hand sides, which lead to balcony level. At the rear ground floor there is a small office, vestry and a boiler house. There is further ancillary storage at first floor level above the vestry and office.

To the rear of the church itself there is an additional property, which we understand comprises a former Sunday School and was constructed in 1891. The property is of a traditional construction, incorporating an iron hardened engineering red brick outer shell which is set beneath a pitched and slated roof covering.

The property is accessed upon its front elevation and benefits from having a ramped access for wheelchair users.

On the ground floor there are three good sized rooms, one of which is a kitchen, together with separate male and female WC's. At first floor level there are a further two large rooms and the building is presently utilised for a number of community activities.

Externally, there are spacious grounds. Please note there is an inactive burial ground on part of the site (grassed area to right-hand side of the church - See attached site plan - area edged and hatched black).

The burial ground is to be formerly closed in-line with the Burial Act 1853, Section 1.
