Access to the site is from Chart Hill Road immediately before the road bridge. Please see the location plan on the property particulars. The parking area is fenced and shared with the farmer who rents the owner's water meadow adjoining the river. Please take extreme care when entering and exiting the site by vehicle.
A draft Agreement is available on request. A term between 2-5 years is available subject to agreement on rent and suitable references.
