This unique Victorian Grade 2 Listed building, situated less than 100m walk into the centre of the beautiful seaside town of Bournemouth, built in 1861-62, the famous newsagent W.H.Smith retired here. There is an onsite cafe with fresh, barista made coffee (chargeable), a large communal garden space, recently renovated bathrooms with 4 showers and quirky meeting spaces including a beach hut and a yurt in the garden! This building is secured with alarms, access cards and barrier entry. Staff can relax in the sleep pod, do a live spin class on one of the Pelaton bikes, have a hot shower with luxurious, natural toiletries or lounge in the deck chairs (weather permitting of course!)
