I was not expecting this when out about with a friend in East London but I was pleasantly surprised. I had a omlette and cup of coffee after running a park run in the morning and I would have enjoyed their cakes too but felt I did not want to lose the progress that I made as a result of my run. I would recommend the place if you are out and about in the Wanstead Flats area.
