Eni House occupies a prominent and elevated position just to the east of the Waitrose and John Lewis retail store. Pedestrian access is afforded to all town centre facilities and the railway station. The new Village Hotel on Basing View is a 5 minute walking distance.
Eni House is a landmark Basing View building. The building offering space over the 3 upper floors which are surplus to our client’s requirements. Space options vary from approximately 4,500 sq ft arranged in ‘wings’, through to self-contained floors of circa 10,500 sq ft each, or combinations of floors and wings, up to a total of 31,789 sq ft.
