The land forms part and lies to the western side of the comprehensive residential and mixed use development

comprising the 'Sustainable Urban Extension Shrewsbury West' which includes the proposed Oxon Link Road

corridor which will abound the site (Plot 2) to the north. This link road is planned for construction during 2017/2018.

The site comprises two parcels of greenfield land situated either side of the A458 (Welshpool Road)

and comprises:
