This small lock-up shop provides accommodation of some 230 sq ft. Additionally and unusually within the parade there is a further area of lower ground floor storage totalling nearly 200 sq ft and first floor office/store of some 130 sq ft including WC plus additional under eaves storage of approximately 40 sq ft.
