Just Must Perennials is a specialist hardy perennial plant sourcing business whose primary aim is to produce new varieties for the horticulture trade. It uses a mixture of traditional propagation methods and micropropagaiton facilities to bulk up new varieties relatively quickly with the view to supplying young plants capable of being grown on to finished plants in a relatively short time scale.
Bob Brown is well known within the industry and has for many years acted as a plant finder, introducing new varieties to the trade. The business is well established having traded from it's current location for in excess of 20 years. The business currently offers a range of 400 species and varieties of hardy perennials and has a well established client base. The business sources plant material from a number of plant propagators who are located in Belgium, Netherlands, Ireland, South Africa and the UK.
The business is transferable to a new site and would ideally sit alongside an established young plant supplier in order to make use of their existing distribution system.
The reason for sale is 3 fold.
Firstly Mr Bob Brown is considering retirement he would be willing to carry on acting as a plant finder and introducer for the new purchaser should that service be required.
Secondly the business has been affected by the strength of the Euro to Pound exchange rate.
Thirdly the business needs to increase its gross margin percentage hopefully by trimming costs, given the changes that have taken place over the last year politically.
It is thought that a sale would be expedient to introduce the range of hardy perennials into a company with a stream lined more efficient distribution system. It is for these reasons that the business is now offered for sale.

The purchaser and vendor will enter in to an intellectual property agreement whereby all rights to genetic plant material, intellectual property, and marketing material will be transferred to the new owner.TERMS
