This site of approximately a third of an acre is roughly rectangular in shape with reasonably well-defined boundaries. On site there are two buildings, the main workshop of approximately 2,200 sq.ft. at the southern end of the site, whilst lying perpendicular and adjoining this building is a smaller workshop/reception building totalling approximately 1,200 sq.ft. Both buildings are of brick cavity block construction to lower elevations having profiled steel cladding panels to upper elevations and roof. The main workshop is of steel portal frame construction whilst the smaller northern building is again of steel frame construction but this time of a mono pitched design. Externally the yard area is laid to concrete and falls gently to the north, the site being built into a slope, with a difference in floor levels between the two buildings. The site has been used historically for motor vehicle related uses and the multiple steel inspection covers in the yard area and the ventilation pipes attached to the northern flank of the main workshop suggests there may still be underground fuel tanks of some description. Their condition is unknown.
