Ground floor office space, suitable for up to 6 desks, approximately 22 ft x 11 ft.
May also be combined with the adjacent space to create a larger studio (extra rent will apply).
The studio enjoys dual aspect light, with views into both the park and the communal courtyard.
Access is direct from FieldWorks' secure private courtyard, with a buzzer to the digitally controlled street entrance, which provides 24/7 access to members and their visitors. Staff are on site daily to assist, and take care of all maintenance issues.
ACCOMMODATION
FieldWorks is a diverse community of artistic and social enterprises, and is one of the original creative complexes in Hackney. With studios ranging from shipping containers and railway arches, to an award winning modern architectural building directly overlooking London Fields.
The site includes a cafe, art gallery, event space, dance studio, photo studio, dog walker and gymnasium. There is a large private courtyard garden for member use, with W/C’s and a free kitchen/tea station. In warmer months the popular rooftop deck is often also open to members for food pop-ups, screenings and exhibitions.
