Graphical House is an office and retail/leisure scheme located on the corner of The Calls and Wharf Street and immediately opposite Calls Landing. The building has undergone a significant refurbishment to offer some of the city's best creative space.

The available space is located on the 1st floor which has been taken back to its original features having an original timber floor and exposed brick pillars.

King & Co worked with Bristol based artist Mr Penfold to transform the building into a piece of contemporary art.
