Leyton Village Studios are newly built, high standard practical studio spaces. We are currently seeking artists, makers' and creatives to take space in these newly built studios. These work spaces will benefit from flexible lease terms, with the option to share space. Special rates are being offered to fine artists.

Leyton village is a stone's throw from Lea Bridge Station, which is a Greater Angler line train station with trains from Bishop-Stortford into Stratford International. From Stratford there are connections onto the central, and Jubilee lines, TFL rail, London Overground and the DLR. Leyton village is also less than half a mile from cycle route one, offering great access to those commuting on bike.
The industrial units are located on the Argall Industrial Area on Argall Avenue, access to which is gained via Lea Bridge Road (A104). Lea Bridge Road (A104) provides access to North Circular Road (A406) at the Water Works Roundabout, linking to M11 and M25 Motorways and to A12 to the south.
