There are currently two available suites within Cheshire & Halton Houses, which are multi-let office buildings providing various sized suites to a number of separate Tenants. The details of the suites are contained within this brochure.

Cheshire House and Halton House are located on Gorsey Lane, just off the A562 Fiddlers Ferry Road on the outskirts of Widnes. The A557 is 1.5 miles to the west, which leads to Runcorn 5 miles south, the M62 Junction 7 4 miles to the north and Liverpool via the A561, 15 miles to the west.
Halton House adjoins Cheshire House and shares reception facilities.
The immediate vicinity is predominantly industrial in character, with some commercial facilities such as Velocity indoor inflatable assault course close by.

The suites all qualify for Small Business Rate Relief. Interested parties should enquire with the Local Authority to confirm their eligibility.

Available by way of a 12-month licence.
The rentals above are all subject to VAT. The prices shown are excluding VAT.
Rent & Service Charge
The figures quoted below cover all outgoings except Business Rates and internet.
Cheshire House Suite E: £4,440 per annum (£370 per month)
Cheshire House Suite J: £4,560 per annum (£380 per month).
Halton House Suite C: £12,900 per annum (£1,075 per month).
Cheshire House has its own internet supply that tenants can connect to for a cost. Please enquire for details. Should your business have an unusually high internet usage or
numerous staff this price may be subject to change.
Each party to be responsible for their own legal costs incurred in this transaction.
